Paskvan Consulting offers a complete line of soil tests and water tests. We offer many specialty tests, but our most frequently requested tests include:
- soil fertility tests (done to improve turf health and disease resistance),
- irrigation water quality tests (used to determine how water impedes plant nutrient uptake),
- physical tests (e.g., interpretation of lab results for new golf greens construction and existing greens renovation),
- tissue tests (a tool to follow nutrition from the soil to the plant),
- soil paste tests (measure and compare water nutrient solutions between soil and plant), and,
- environmental tests (to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations).

"Where success is never an accident" is our mission statement. That statement is based on the principle that an accurate soils test is the key to good fertility and healthy turf grass or crops. A healthy soil makes more nutrients available to plants. A plant that is grown in balanced soil needs fewer nutrients and less water. Moreover, such plants are healthier because they utilize fertilizer more efficiently and their water and nutrient uptake is improved. There is no need to over-apply chemicals to get the desired response.
